This Sforzato wine is produced with an accurate selection of Nebbiolo grapes. Before pressing, the bunches spend 100 days in the “fruttaio” where they lose 50% of their weight, concentrating the best aroma to produce this high quality wine. Maturation: 20 months in wooden barrels. Serving temperature: 17-18°C.
