It is produced from Nebbiolo grapes (this variety is also called “chiavennasca” by the locals) and it is grown exclusively in the vineyards of the renowed Sassella zone. It is characterised by a ruby-garnet color and a fruity aroma that perfectly melts with the spicy fragrances. Dry taste and harmonious alcohol content leave a pleasant sensation in the mouth. We suggest to open a bottle with red meat, cheese or venison. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
