This wine is made from an accurate selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes of the high vineyards. After a long withering period, bunches are pressed. After the traditional vinification with submerged cap, wine is barrique aged for at least 12 months and after that, fine-tuning takes place in bottle. It’ the ideal wine to go with red meat, venison and mature cheese.
