Made with Nebbiolo grapes picked in the terraced vineyards of Teglio on the Rhaetian Alps. It is put into steel tanks, then fine-tuned in oak barrels for 15-18 months and ages in bottle for 6 more months. “Essenza” is characterized by an intense berries perfume with spiced notes. Elegant and harmonic, it’s the ideal wine for pizzoccheri, white and red meat, mature cheese and venison. Serve in ballon wine glasses at a temperature of 18°C.
