Inferno “Al Carmine” comes from hand-picked ripe grapes, harvested at the end of October and vinified with a maceration of 210 days at a controlled temperature. This wine is fine-tuned in small French oak barrels and later in bigger ones for at least 18 months. Once in bottle, before putting it on the market, it is aged for 8 more months.
