We carefully pick the best Nebbiolo bunches, put them into crates and leave them wither for 3 months on special mats in well-ventilated rooms. During this process, grapes lose 1/4 of the weight and must is vilified and fine-tuned afterwards in chestnut barrels of different sizes. This wine stands out for its aromatic toasted tones, rich and spiced taste and persistent mouthfeel. An elegant wine ideal for ageing.
