In this bottle you will find Chiavennasca grapes (Nebbiolo) coming from the best crus of the sub-zone, the vineyards are: Inferno Carlo Negri, Ai due Gironi, Calvario and Cà Rossa in the districts of Poggiridenti and Tresivio, characterized by a steep terraced slope and high summer temperature. During harvest bunches are carefully selected and hand-picked, stalks are discarded and fermenting takes 8 days. Wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels before bottling.
