Obtained from withered Chiavennasca grapes (a local varietal of Nebbiolo), meticulously selected in the Valtellina DOC zones, laid on mats until February, to increase the concentration of natural sugar and aromas. Dark ruby-red color with burgundy shades, intense perfume with a scent of violets and prunes. It is a full-bodied wine, warm and persistent, very structured and velvety, it ages for a long time. Meditation wine.
