Wine made with 100% Nebbiolo Chiavennasca grapes from Le Urscele vineyard located in the Valgella sub-zone characterized by a clay loam. Traditional vinification with submerged-cap maceration. Fine-tuning takes place in chestnut barrels, this wine is suitable for a long aging. Ruby-red color, dry, velvety and harmonic taste. It matches with every kind of dish. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
