Elegant spumante wine, classical method, fresh and interesting. Grapes is hand-picked, softly pressed and fermented at a low temperature.
Wine is bottled the spring following the harvest. After 24 months of the refermentation, the wine goes through a manual remuage, degorgement and packaging.
Recommended as aperitif, all-round wine, especially recommended for plates of fish and meat with a delicate taste.
