Produced from Nebbiolo grapes (Chiavennasca) in the characteristic terraced of the ancient vineyards on the Rhaetian Alps. This wine starts its evolution in steel tanks then is fine-tuned in oak barrels for 6 months and then is bottled to complete the process. A fruity touch of cherries alternates with spicy shades and a shy scent of violet. Delicate but persistent, it’s the ideal wine for an aperitif, together with main courses, white meat and young cheese. Serve in ballon wine glass at a temperature of 16° C.
