Our Riserva is made onlly in special years and is obatined from a strict selection of the best Nebbiolo bunches of the most renowned vineyards of the Maroggia sub-zone. Bunches were naturally withered and later vinified through a long maceration of the skins. After that, they rested in steel tanks and moved to oak barrels to age for 24 months. This wine is the ideal match for red meat, venison and mature cheese.
