Made from grapes picked in a little vineyard located in the heart of Dossi Salati in the Grumello sub-zone, the height of the area determines a delay in the ripening process: the skins stay thick until the last days of October, when harvest takes place.
Thanks to a long maceration, this wine obtains sweet and velvety tannins. After a fine tuning period of 18 months in wood and the following 14 months in bottle, Riserva Pizzo Coca is ready to be put on the market.
Since 2014 the Riserva’s vineyard follows the established Organic Farming guidelines.
