Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in crates and withered for 40 days, then fermented for 2 weeks. After passing to steel casks, wine ages for 15 months in small oak barrels with 550 litres capacity. Later, wine is bottled and it rests for a minimum of 8 months before selling.
