Nebbiolo wine (Chiavennasca, the local varietal) from our terraced vineyards, the bunches are withered on wooden mats and then left to macerate for 16 days until wine is fine-tuned (16 months) in tonneaux French oak barrels. The result is a full-bodied, intense, round and complex wine. A perfect match with full-flavoured dishes, venison and mature cheese. Great meditation companion.
