During harvest, the best bunches are strictly selected. They are then laid on wooden boards in the autumn air, they wither and wine concentrates. Pressing takes place at the end of January/beginning of February. After that maturation starts in oak barrels and lasts for years. We suggest to open the bottle at least one hour before serving it, in this way perfume and fragrance can be fully appreciated. Serving temperature: 18/20°C.
